Experience design

Hospitals and schools are designed with people in mind, but these environments can often be intimidating for the people who use them. 

We’ve worked extensively collaborating with architecture and design teams on large healthcare, education and custodial environments. By listening to the people who use the spaces and considering how these places make people feel, we can intervene with humour and surprise to encourage more positive, human-centred experiences.
